1. The Permanent Secretariat (SP) : This is the central body of SIPSIS. He is responsible for the general supervision and coordination of all SIPSIS activities.

2. The committees : there are five (05)

• International Consultative Committee of Experts (ICCE) : This is a committee made up of experts from various sectors. It provides strategic advice and guidance to the Permanent Secretariat.
• International Scientific Committee (ISC) : This committee is responsible for the scientific direction of the show. He develops the scientific program, selects the speakers and ensures the quality of the content presented.
• International Organizing Committee (IOC) : This committee is responsible for the planning and execution of the event.
• International Jury Committee (IJC) : This committee proposes prize/award concepts to promote and selects the winners for the various prizes awarded during the event.
• International Committee of Focal Points (ICFP) : This committee is responsible for promoting the event throughout the world.
